1 Scope

This standard specifies performance requirements for the measurement of X-ray sources aging tester, general technical requirements, calibration conditions, calibration and calibration side project Method, calibration result expression and recalibration interval. This standard applies to the X-ray source aging tester initial calibration, the calibration and subsequent in-service inspection.

3 metering performance requirements
