Buttons, decorative buttons, zippers and other accessories shall have a smooth surface, no burrs, no damages, no defects, no touchable sharp tips and sharp edges. The zipper meshes well, and slides smoothly. NOTE: Touchable sharp tips and sharp edges refer to sharp tips and edges on the finished product that may cause damage to human skin under normal wearing conditions. 3.4 Warp and weft directions 4 Inspection Method 4.1 Inspection tools 4.1.1 Steel tape or ruler, the graduation value is 1mm. 4.1.2 Gray scale (GB/T 250) for assessing the discoloration. 4.1.3 Colour cards of standard depths for dyeing with dyestuffs 1/12 (GB/T 4841.3). 4.1.4 Sample photos of appearance defects in men's and women's lined and cotton garments; as well as male and female children's lined garments. 4.2 Specification determination The measurement method of the main part specifications is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 31907; and the allowable deviation of the specifications is in accordance with the provisions of Table 4. 4.3 Appearance determination 4.3.1 The appearance inspection generally adopts lighting; the illuminance is no less than 600lx; and northern sky light can also be used if possible. 4.3.2 When determining the degree of chromatic aberration, the yarn direction of the tested part shall be the same; and the northern sky light shall be used to illuminate, or the equivalent light source of 600lx and above shall be used. The incident light and the measured object form an angle of about 45°; and the observation direction shall be perpendicular to the surface of the measured object. The distance is 60cm for visual inspection, which is compared with the sample card specified in GB/T 250. 4.3.3 The allowable extent of appearance defects shall be inspected visually at a distance of 60cm as specified in 3.7. When necessary, use a steel tape or ruler to measure; and compare with the sample photos of appearance defects in men's and women's lined and cotton garments; as well as male and female children's lined garments. 4.3.4 The stitch density is measured at 3cm on the finished sewing stitches (except for thick and thin parts). 4.3.5 The degree of warp and weft yarn skew is measured according to the provisions of GB/T 14801, and the result is calculated according to Formula (1). Where: specified in GB/T 21294. 4.4.11 The sharpness of the tips and edges of the accessories shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 31702. 4.4.12 Other physical and chemical property items shall be tested according to the provisions of GB/T 21294. Among them, single fibre lining is selected for the arbitration test of colour fastness to soaping, dry cleaning, perspiration, and water. The inspection results of batch products for the degree of seam cracking shall be averaged according to the provisions of GB/T 21294; and the actual measured value shall be taken for a single product. 4.4.13 For the test items that do not mention the sampling location, specimens can be selected from the finished product according to the test needs. 5 Inspection Rules 5.1 Inspection classification 5.1.1 Finished product inspection is divided into exit-factory inspection and type inspection. The timing of the type inspection is based on the actual conditions of the manufacturer or the contractual agreement. It is generally carried out when the production is transferred, resumed after stopping, and the raw materials or processes have major changes. 5.1.2 The exit-factory inspection items shall be in accordance with the provisions of Clause 3, except for 3.11. The exit-factory inspection rules for finished products are in accordance with the provisions of FZ/T 80004. 5.1.3 Type inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of Clause 3. 5.2 Appearance quality grade and defect classification rules 5.2.1 Appearance quality classification The quality level of finished products is based on the existence and severity of defects. The single product in the sample is classified by the number of defects and its severity; and the batch grade is classified by the number of grades of the single products in the sample. 5.2.2 Classification of appearance defects A single product that does not meet the technical requirements specified in this Standard constitutes a defect.
