This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces FZ/T 64001-2011 "Woven Resin Black Carbon Interlining". Main technical changes compared with FZ/T 64001-2011 as follows. ---The standard name is adjusted to "Woven Black Charcoal Interlining"; ---Adjusted the terms and definitions (see Chapter 3); ---Added the assessment items of hair fiber content deviation and steam ironing size change rate of combined samples (see Table 1); ---Improved the first-class and qualified product evaluation indicators for the quality deviation rate per unit area (see Table 1); ---Add color difference assessment items (see Table 2); --- Improved the evaluation index of weft and inclined qualified products (see Table 2). This standard was proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Council. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Cotton Textile Subcommittee of the National Textile Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC209/SC10). Drafting organizations of this standard.
