Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces FZ/T 42007-2014 "Raw Silk/Spandex Wrapped Silk". Compared with FZ/T 42007-2014, the main technical changes as follows. ---Adjusted the relevant normative reference documents (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.2014 edition); ---Modified the definition of "raw silk/spandex wrapped silk" (see 3.1, 3.1 in the.2014 edition); ---Added the term and definition of "nominal wrapping degree" (see 3.3, 3.1 in the.2014 edition); ---Modified the marking method (see 4.2, 4.2 of the.2014 edition); --- Modify the "physical index" to "intrinsic quality" (see 5.2, the.2014 edition of 5.2); --- Modify "qualified product" to "second-class product" (see 5.2,.2014 edition of 5.2); ---Adjusted the evaluation requirements of the wrapping degree deviation rate, wrapping degree variation coefficient, and breaking strength (see 5.2,.2014 edition of 5.2); ---Adjusted the number of annotations for "falling edge", and deleted "falling edge" in "bad forming" (see 5.3,.2014 version 5.3); ---Adjusted the clamping distance of the twist tester (see 6.4.4.2, 6.4.4.2 in the.2014 edition); --- Deleted "The inner wall of each bobbin should be marked", "Fiber content" was modified to be marked on the outside of the box, and the "Inspection certificate" should be attached to the box. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, specification markings, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking of raw silk/spandex wrapped silk. This standard is applicable to raw silk/spandex wrapping yarn with single-wrap and double-wrap wrapping methods.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Using spandex filament as the core yarn, the raw yarn is spirally wrapped around the composite yarn on the surface of the drafted core yarn through a wrapping process. 3.2 Wraptwist The degree of density of raw silk wrapped spirally on the surface of the core silk.
