Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. Instead of the standard FZ/T 14009-2005 "are covered with tarpaulins dyeing vinylon." This standard FZ/T 14009-2005 compared to the main changes are as follows. --- Increase canopy cover defined by Villeneuve dyed waterproof canvas; --- Increased tear strength, color fastness (light fastness, abrasion) assessment; --- Weft density to the density of the zonal deviation rate, breaking strength to the lowest value assessment; --- Locality adjust the appearance of quality defect scoring method allows Rating by the minute/m to min/sq m, width cancel classification; In addition to edge defects, the rest of the starting point O; --- Disseminated defects increased width deviation, skew the assessment; --- Remove Appendix A processing system breaking strength values. The standard proposed by China Textile Industry Association. This standard by the National Technical Committee of Standardization Technical Committee printing and dyeing cotton textiles (SAC/TC209/SC2) centralized. This standard was drafted. Fenghua days Shield waterproof material Limited, New Dragon Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai textile industry technical supervision The, China Dyeing and Printing Association. The main drafters of this standard. Hu Changming, Wangyun Xia, Xu Huajun, Lin Lin, any reference. This standard replaces the standards previously issued as follows. --- ZBW75001-1985; --- FZ/T 14009-1999, FZ/T 14009-2005. It is covered with tarpaulins dyeing vinylon

Length of more than 30m can be used for a false start and cut each additional 30m increase a fake open scissors, and so on. Spacing between the false start and cut not less than 10m. Each cut should leave open Placing 0.25m As compensation for the length of the false start and cut defects (if defects longer than the actual length of 0.25m plus release). As a false defect rates are not cut open Credit in the match (segment) cloth localized defect of the total score. 5.5.4 cut open and fight false piece rate must not exceed 20% of the total, of which spell piece rates shall not exceed 10%. Otherwise required by the implementation of the agreement. 5.5.5 fake open scissors cloth should be clearly marked, with a false start and cut section length sheets.
