This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces FZ/T 12022-2009 "Polyester and Viscose Blended Colored Yarn", which is the main technology compared with FZ/T 12022-2009 The changes are as follows. --- Deleted standard terms and definitions; --- Physical indicators and color fastness indicators canceled the division of cotton type and mid-length type; --- "100-meter quality variation coefficient" and "100-meter quality deviation" assessment items were adjusted to "linear density variation coefficient" and "linear density deviation rate"; --- Improved the requirements for the density variation coefficient of dyed yarn, the breaking strength of dyed yarn, and the 100,000-meter yarn defect; --- Second-grade color fastness assessment index adjusted to specific requirements; --- Sampling quantity requirements, the number and frequency of samples shall be changed according to the requirements of each test method; --- Cancel Appendix B and Appendix C. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, and packaging of polyester and viscose blended yarn. This standard applies to polyester and viscose blended yarns produced by ring spinning (hereinafter referred to as "polyester/viscose blended yarns").

3 Product classification and marking

3.1 Polyester-viscose blended yarn yarn products are classified by different colors, blending ratio and linear density. 3.2 The raw material code of polyester-viscose blended spun yarn. polyester is T and viscose is R. 3.3 The product blending ratio is expressed by a fixed mass ratio, which is generally listed in descending order of fiber content. When the two fiber contents are the same, the fiber content Arrangement order can be arbitrary, as shown in the example below. 3.4 Polyester-viscose blended yarns should be marked with the yarn color (or code), raw material name (or code) and its blending ratio before the linear density.
