Cabinet temperature can be divided into fresh-food storage compartment temperature t (i, τ) and frozen-food storage compartment temperature t (j, τ). 3.4.1 average cabinet temperature 3.4.2.2 working temperature of frozen-food storage compartment tdm (τ) According to 5.3.3 temperature measurement period, THE AVERAGE VALUE of average temperature of frozen-food storage compartment tdm (τ) at different time, i.e., 3.5 energy consumption Power consumption of 24h operation of freezer under the specified test conditions; i.e., power consumption measured under the provisions of 5.3.5. 3.6 control cycle A refrigeration system controlled by temperature controller, under stable operating conditions, the period between two adjacent power-on or power-off is a control cycle. 3.7 stable operating conditions See 5.3.2.5 of GB/T 21001.2-2007. 3.8 normal operating conditions Each part of commercial refrigerator unit operates as normal, without abnormality or failure; thermal expansion valve, temperature controller, defroster, etc. are set to the default values; the conditions of other equipment are close to the conditions of daily normal use.4 Technical requirementsExcept the following content, Clause 4 of GB/T 21001.2-2007 applies. 4.1 Structure Add the following content in 4.1.6.2. The position of temperature display sensor can choose the measurement point where can represent the average temperature inside the cabinet to arrange. Its display deviation shall not exceed 2K and be indicated in the instructions for use. 4.1.7 Appearance 4.1.7.1 All the outer wall and decorative surface shall have good impact resistance and sufficient hardness. 4.1.7.2 The outer wall surface flatness tolerance shall not exceed 3 mm/m. Vertical tolerance between the outer wall must not exceed 0.2%, excluding the back. 4.1.8 Size 4.1.8.1 The deviation between freezer dimensions (length, width, height) and the dimensions marked on the label must meet the following conditions. the deviation between the actual measured value and the rated is within ±0.3% rated ±3 mm. 4.1.9 Electroplating After the metal electroplating of freezer are conducting salt spray test according to 5.3.12, examine the corrosion of electroplating layer surface. The electroplating layer does not allow to have rust. 4.1.10 Coating of inner and outer surface metal After the inner and outer surface metal coating of freezer are conducting the test according to 5.3.1.3 and 5.3.14, examine the coating surface conditions which shall be qualified. 4.1.12 Requirements for refrigeration system 4.1.13 Safety Electrical and mechanical safety requirements shall comply with relevant provisions of GB 4706.1, GB 4706.102 and SB 10424. 4.2 Operating characteristics 4.2.2 Temperature classification shall be replaced by the following content. 4.2.12 Voltage fluctuation resistance performance The cabinet shall be able to adapt to fluctuations in grid voltage. When it is conducting the test according to 5.3.17, the cabinet shall operate as normal. Each component of compressor must not have failure or thermal overload protection. Cabinet temperature shall be remained as normal. 4.2.13 Starting performance The cabinet shall have good starting performance. When it is conducting the reducing-voltage 10% starting test according to 5.3.18, the cabinet shall be able to start as normal and reduce the temperature. Any protective device installed on the cabinet shall not act.5 Test methodsExcept the following content, Clause 5 of GB/T 21001.2-2007 all apply. Add. 5.3.1.6 Alternative filling test package Except M-package’s horizontal axis and longitudinal axis directions of cross section where M-package is at, the alternative filling test package can be replaced by the alternative test package of which the size is listed in Table 4, density is (480±80) kg/m3.But the alternative filling test package is not applicable to the freezing capability test in 5.3.19. 5.3.7 Compressor switching on/off time percent test Carry out this test with the temperature test in 5.3.3 at the same time. During the test, it shall continuously record the switching on/off time of compressor. Calculate compressor switching on/off time percent according to the definition of 3.9.Its result shall comply with the requirements of 4.2.8. 5.3.8 Other test conditions and assessment of energy consumption The temperature of variable temperature compartment shall be set around the middle value of variable temperature range. Take the higher one as characteristic temperature according to fresh-food storage compartment, frozen-food storage compartment. 5.3.9 Defrosting performance test It is carried out only for cabinet with automatic or half-automatic defrosting system before the test of 5.3.3.3. 5.3.10 Mechanical strength test of shelve and similar components Place the cabinet at 16°C ~ 32°C ambient temperature, un-electrified, door opened. 5.3.12 Electroplating salt spray test The electroplating of cabinet shall carry out the salt spray test according to GB/T 2423.17.The test cycle is 24h. Before the test, the surface of electroplating shall be cleaned and degreased. After the test, take the specimen out. Use clear water to rinse off the salt remained on the surface. Check the corrosion of electroplating surface, metal rusts on the plating. There shall be no more than 2 rusts on each 100 cm2.The area of each rust must not exceed 1 mm2.When the surface area of specimen is less than 100 mm2, there shall be no rusts. Its result shall comply with requirements of 4.1.9. 5.3.14 Surface coating adhesion test Before test, clean and degrease the specimen surface. Determination of adhesion uses grid to examine. Use adhesion tester or blade to horizontally, vertically cut scratches of which the spacing is 2 mm to bottom metal on the smooth coating, 6 for horizontal and 6 for vertical. Then use a paintbrush of which the width is 25 mm ~ 35 mm to paint, 2 separately for each direction of 4 four horizontal and vertical directions. Check if the coating falls off from the grid. Determine according to the total falling-off area of 25 grids. Coating falling off of more than 30% area is not allowed. 5.3.19.2 Test process 5.3.19.2.1 Test environment Test environment shall be same with 5.3.3. 5.3.19.2.2 Preparation before test Cabinet placement is same with 5.3.3. If the cellar compartment volume of cabinet can be adjusted by user, i.e., the cellar compartment can be mutually switched with the fresh-food storage compartment volume, it shall adjust the cellar compartment volume to the maximum.6 Test reportExcept the following content, Clause 6 of GB/T 21001.2-2007 all apply. NOTE Safety test report shall be made according to the report format of IEC/TRF 60335-2- 89. 6.3.10 Mechanical strength of shelf and similar component Part. Its size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 13306.On the name-plate, the following information shall be clearly indicated. 7.3 The information provided by manufacturer The instructions for use of cabinet shall also contain the following information. 7.4.5 The following information shall be clearly indicated on the outer surface of packaging. 7.5 Transport and storage 7.5.1 Transport requirements shall comply with the contract provisions. 7.5.2 During the transport and storage process, there shall be no dropping, collision, excessive tilting, rain or snow shower.8 Others8.1 The cabinets which are supplied in piece shall be put into the packaging box according to the number of spare parts specified in technical documents. 8.2 Under the user’s compliance with conditions of storage, installation and use, within 12 months since the date of sale from the manufacturer, if the product works abnormally or is damaged due to poor quality, the manufacturer shall offer free repair or replacement. If there are special requirements, the product warranty shall be agreed in the contract.
