7 test categories

7.1 Routine test method In the test of oil bonding bearing capacity, use CL-100 testing machine or similar testing machine, "A" type test gear, The test is carried out under the condition that the circular linear velocity is 8.3m/s and the initial oil temperature is 90°C±3°C (the test condition code is A/8.3/90). Other try The test conditions shall comply with the provisions in Table 4 of GB/T 19936.1-2005. 7.2 Special test method In the test of oil bonding bearing capacity, the test conditions in 7.1 should be changed as needed. There are two main types of changes. a) Change the pitch circle linear velocity of the test gear. If the test condition code is A/16.6/90, the "A" type test gear is used, the gear section The circular velocity is 16.6m/s, and the initial oil temperature is 90℃±3℃. b) Change the initial oil temperature of the test. If the test condition codes are A/8.3/60, A/8.3/110 and A/8.3/140, the "A" type test The gear is tested, and the pitch circle velocity of the gear is 8.3m/s, and the initial oil temperature is 60°C±3°C, 110°C±3°C and 140°C±3°C, respectively. 7.3 Load spectrum test method In the comparison test of gear bonding capacity, the test gear is placed under given installation and lubrication conditions. according to actual needs The load spectrum (or steady load) is used for loading bonding tests. Record the number of load spectrum (or steady load) cycles where gluing occurs, and compare the two test The tooth surface of the inspection gear is inspected and evaluated. 7.4 Step-by-step test method In the comparison test of gear bonding capacity, the test gear is placed under given installation and lubrication conditions. The highest test load level It is grade 22, and the highest contact stress is 3357N/mm2.According to Table 3, the tooth surface is loaded step by step. When the speed of the large gear is 1450r/min Under certain circumstances, the test gear runs at a steady speed for 15 minutes for each additional level of load (it is allowed to increase the speed of the large gear and reduce the running time of the gear accordingly). Starting from the fifth level of load, control the initial oil temperature not to exceed ±3°C of the given value, and allow the oil temperature to rise freely during the running test of each level of load. 7.5 Double-sided test method In the comparison test of gear bonding capacity, one tooth surface of the test gear should be tested according to 7.4 first, and then according to the test The situation proceeds as follows. --- If the gear is not glued and fails at the highest load level set by the tester, then use the highest load level to test the other tooth of the gear Carry out the gluing test on the surface of the test gear, record the number of stress cycles where gluing occurs, and check and compare the two tooth surfaces of the test gear Evaluation; --- If the gear gluing fails before the highest load level set by the tester, the other tooth of the test gear is tested at the failure load level Carry out the gluing test on the surface of the test gear, record the number of stress cycles where gluing occurs, and check and compare the two tooth surfaces of the test gear Evaluation.

8 Failure evaluation of test gear

8.1 Test oil bonding capacity On pinion active flank areas with 16 teeth, the total glued damage width added up exceeds one tooth width (20mm) is determined as the failure load level. 8.2 Comparison of the bearing capacity of the gear glued After the end of each level of load operation or the specified number of cycles, the damage form and degree of damage on the tooth surface of the test gear can be compared Observe by comparing Table 4 and Figures 1 to 10, and the adhesive bearing capacity of the gear should be based on the load level when the adhesive fails or the stress when the adhesive fails. To determine the number of force cycles, specifically. ---If after running at a certain load level (for example, level 10), the tooth surface of the test gear has moderate or severe gluing damage, the load Level (level 10) can be considered as the adhesive failure load level; ---If the tooth surface of the test gear has moderate or severe gluing damage after running under a certain stress, the stress of the last two unpacking The average value of the number of cycles can be considered as the number of adhesive failure stress cycles, for example, after the 217,500th cycle, no teeth can be seen after unpacking If the wheel is glued or only slightly glued, and after the 239250th cycle, moderate or severe glued damage is found on the tooth surface, then two The average value of 228375 can be considered as the number of adhesive failure stress cycles under this stress. 9.1.3 Cleaning 9.1.3.1 Clean and dry a pair of unused test gears with solvent oil. 9.1.3.2 Check the test gear, the tooth surface must not have corrosion, rust or any other form of damage. 9.1.3.3 Thoroughly flush the test gearbox twice with unused solvent oil. When cleaning, solvent oil should be added above the axis, and then slowly cleaned by hand. Turn the tester slowly to drain any remaining lubricant from the bearings. After cleaning, empty the solvent oil and dry the test gear box. 9.1.4 Installation Appropriate tools should be used to install the test gear to ensure that no damage will be caused to the inner hole of the gear, the shaft of the test machine and other parts. Insurable Verify that the position and direction of the large and small test gears are correct, and there is no stagnation in manual rotation. 9.2 Testing oil bonding capacity 9.2.1 Routine test method 9.2.1.1 Add the specified lubricating oil into the test gear box, so that the liquid level reaches the axis line, and the gears are in the state of oil bath lubrication. 9.2.1.2 Plug in the heater plug, install the top cover of the test gear box, and cover the protective cover of the test machine. 9.2.1.3 At the motor speed of about 1450r/min and the ambient temperature, apply the first-level load according to Table 2, turn on the power supply of the heater, and start the motor. Motive, run for 15min. 9.2.1.4 Shut down the motor, apply the second-level load, and continue to ......
