This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 8590-2001 "Bulldozer Terminology". This standard is compared with GB/T 8590-2001 except for editorial modifications. The main technical changes are as follows. --- Revised the standard name and changed to "earth machinery bulldozer terminology and commercial specifications"; --- Revised the normative reference document (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.2001 edition); --- Added the terms and definitions of "reference ground plane", "bridge load" and "maximum bridge load" (see 3.1.10, 3.2.2.3, 3.2.2.4); --- Removed "driver room, hangar, ROPS and/or FOPS quality" (see 3.2.4 of the.2001 edition); --- Removed "size terminology" (see 3.4 of the.2001 edition); --- Amend Appendix A "Standard Appendices" to "normative appendix" and supplement its contents (see Appendix A); --- Removed the Chinese index and the English index (see the Chinese version of the.2001 version, the English index).
