It is well known that people's hearing sensitivity decreases with age, and hearing damage to high-frequency sounds develops faster than that to low-frequency sounds. 1 Scope

This document specifies the descriptive statistical information of the hearing threshold deviation values of normal otologists of various age groups under monaural headphone audiometry conditions.
