This Part is Part 2 of GB/T 6006. This Part was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This Part replaces GB/T 6006.2-2001 “Test method for glass mats - Part 2: Determination of tensile breaking force”. Compared with GB/T 6006.2-2001, in addition to editorial modifications, the main technical changes in this Part are as follows: - deleted the expression “Other types of felts, such as stitched felts, can refer to it as a reference” from “Scope” (see Clause 1 of Edition 2001); - deleted GB/T 18374-2001 from “Normative references”; added ISO 291 (see Clause 2 of this Edition, Clause 2 of Edition 2001); - added the definition of tensile breaking force (see 3.1 of this Edition); - deleted “The equipment used for debugging shall meet the requirements of 6.1” (see 5.2 of Edition 2001); - deleted “The equipment that provides a standard test environment shall meet the requirements of 6.2” (see 5.3 of Edition 2001); - added what needs to be given in the test report (see Clause 11 of this Edition). This Part uses translation method to equivalently adopt ISO 3342:2011 “Textile glass - Mats - Determination of tensile breaking force”. It made the following editorial modifications: - modified the standard name.
