Introduction

The dynamic method is one of the important methods for preparing mixed gases for calibration. ISO has specially compiled the ISO 6145 series of standards for this purpose. (ISO 6145-3 airflow intermittent injection method has been abolished). GB/T 5275 (all parts) are equivalent to ISO 6145 series standards. Due to its length, ISO 6145 is divided into 11 parts. GB/T 5275 is consistent with ISO 6145 and is also divided into 11 parts. Since ISO 6145-3 has been abolished, GB/T 5275 Part 3 of GB/T 5275 is also vacant accordingly. Part 1 of GB/T 5275 specifies the general requirements for the preparation of mixed gases for calibration by dynamic method; He specifically described the principles, main equipment, and preparation precautions of nine methods for preparing mixed gases for calibration, such as the piston pump method, and stipulated The calculation of the volume fraction and mass fraction of the prepared mixed gas for calibration and the uncertainty evaluation are required to ensure that the prepared calibration gas meets the requirements. Improve the quality of the mixed gas used for calibration and the preparation level of the mixed gas used for calibration. GB/T 5275 (all parts) is intended for use by trained professionals with practical experience. GB/T 5275 consists of 10 parts. Divided into components. --- Part 1.General requirements. It specifies the basic information and applicability of each preparation method, precautions for operating the dynamic preparation system, The calibration method of the dynamic preparation system, the calculation and verification method of the content of each component of the mixed gas used for calibration and its uncertainty, etc. The purpose of this part is to provide a basis for the rational selection of one or more mixed gas preparation methods for calibration.
