1 Scope

This standard specifies the foods tryptamine, β- phenylethylamine, putrescine, cadaverine, histamine, tyramine, spermidine and spermine content determination. This standard applies to alcohol (wine, beer, wine, etc.), spices (vinegar, soy sauce, etc.), seafood (fish and their products, and shrimp Products), meat and dairy products Determination of biogenic amines.
