Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 4356-2002 "stainless steel wire rod". Compared with GB/T 4356-2002, the main changes are as follows. --- The diameter of the wire rod is expanded from the original standard of 5.5mm~30mm to 4.5mm~40mm, and the corresponding increase Requirements for dimensional accuracy and surface quality; --- Increased coil weight requirements; ---Modification of the brand, delete the 0Cr18Ni9 grade in the original standard, increase Y12Cr18Ni9Cu3, 07Cr19Ni10, 06Cr19Ni9Cu2 06Cr19Ni10N, 06Cr16Ni18, 06Cr18Ni11Nb, 022Cr23Ni5Mo3N, 03Cr25Ni6Mo3Cu2N, 022Cr12, 14 grades such as 06Cr11Ti, 04Cr11Nb, 022Cr11NiTiNb, 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb, 022Cr12Ni9Cu2NbTi; --- Increased the mechanical properties of solid solution state of austenitic stainless steel; --- Increased low-fold organization as a special requirement. This standard was proposed by the China Iron and Steel Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Steel Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC183). This standard was drafted. Northeast Special Steel Group Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Xinghuo Special Steel Co., Ltd., Metallurgical Industry Information Standards Research Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard. Zhang Xiaojun, Kang Ge, Yan Huaping, Zhou Ling, Xie Yaping, Qi Haiping, Ren Cuiying, Wang Lingjun, Li Guohui, Xu Hua. The previous versions of the standards replaced by this standard are. ---GB/T 4356-1984, GB/T 4356-2002. Stainless steel wire rod

1 Scope

This standard specifies the ordering content, size, shape and weight of stainless steel wire rods, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, and signs. And quality certificate, etc. This standard applies to stainless steel wire rods, but not to welded wire rods.
