Introduction

Electro-sensitive protective equipment (ESPE) applies to machinery where there is a risk of personal injury, and it restores the machinery before people are placed in a dangerous situation to a safe state for protection. As a safety protection device for mechanical equipment, vision-based electro-sensitive protective equipment is related to the personal Personal safety and stable operation of mechanical equipment. This document provides design, manufacture of electro-sensitive protective equipment based on vision protective device (VBPD). It is of great significance to guide the design and production of electrosensitive protection equipment products in my country. GB/T 41997 consists of three parts constitute. --- Part 1.General technical requirements. The purpose is to establish general technical requirements for vision-based electro-sensitive protective equipment. --- Part 2.Particular requirements for visual protection devices using a reference model. The purpose is to establish a passive reference model as the background Special requirements for electro-sensitive protective equipment. --- Part 3.Special requirements for protective devices using stereo vision. The purpose is to establish electro-sensitive protective equipment based on stereo vision technology special requirements. The three parts of GB/T 41997 are matched together as an important part of the technical requirements and test methods for vision-based electro-sensitive protective equipment. Based on this, it promotes the improvement of the product performance and industry level of my country's electrosensitive protection equipment. Vision-based electro-sensitive protective equipment for mechanical and electrical safety Part 3.Special requirements for protective devices using stereo vision

1 Scope

This document specifies the requirements for the design, manufacture and testing of electro-sensitive protective equipment (ESPE) using stereo vision protective devices, and describes the requirements for sensitive Sensing function is a special requirement for electro-sensitive protective equipment using stereo vision technology. This document is limited to the functionality of the ESPE and the way it interfaces with the machinery. The detection principle is based on the observation from different viewpoints (stereoscopic Fig.) to evaluate images to determine distance information. This distance information is used to determine the position of the object. This document applies to. --- Vision-based ESPEs, which have fixed distances (stereoscopic bases) and directions between different fixed imaging devices during their manufacture; --- For vision-based ESPEs, the minimum distance from the sensitive device to the detection area is 4 times that of the stereo base; ---Vision-based ESPEs that can detect objects with a diameter of at least 5 pixels on the image plane; ---Vision-based ESPEs, which do not require human intervention for detection; ---Vision-based ESPEs to detect objects entering or existing in the detection area; --- VBPDSTs using radiation with a wavelength in the range of 400nm to 1500nm; ---VBPDSTs with detection capability in the range of.200mm. This document does not cover. --- The size or configuration of the detection zone and its configuration in relation to any specific application of hazardous parts; --- Dangerous state of any machinery; --- Aspects required for complex classification or differentiation of detected objects; --- Aspects of mobile ESPE devices; --- Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) emission requirements; Additional requirements and tests may apply in the following cases. --- Using multispectral (color) technology; ---Settings other than those shown in Figure 1 in 4.1.2 (such as changing the background, the horizontal direction of the optical axis relative to the ground); ---Intended for outdoor applications. This document may be relevant for applications other than the protection of the human body or human body parts such as arms or fingers (within the range of 14 mm to.200 mm), e.g. Such as protecting machines or products from mechanical damage. In these applications (e.g. when sensitive functions are to be identified the material has different properties than the human ), additional requirements are required.
