The sample was extracted by methanol, determined by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometer, and quantified by external standard method.

5 Reagents and materials

Unless otherwise specified, only use chromatographically pure reagents. 5.1 Water. GB/T 6682, level one. 5.2 Methanol. 5.3 Acetonitrile. 5.4 Formic acid. 5.5 Ammonium acetate. analytically pure. 5.6 10mmol/L ammonium acetate aqueous solution (containing 0.1% formic acid). accurately weigh out 0.771g ammonium acetate (5.5), add 1mL formic acid (5.4), Dissolve in water (5.1) and dilute to 1000mL, mix well and set aside. 5.7 0.1% formic acid acetonitrile solution. accurately pipette 1 mL of formic acid (5.4) into a 1000 mL volumetric flask, dilute to the mark with acetonitrile (5.3), and mix Evenly set aside. 5.8 Standard material. the purity is greater than or equal to 95%.
