Introduction

1 Scope

This document describes the principles, reagents and materials, and instrument design of the ion chromatography method for the determination of tetracaine and its salts, which are prohibited substances in cosmetics. Preparation, test procedures, test data processing, recovery rate, precision, etc. This document is applicable to the determination of tetracaine and its salts in emulsions, liquids, facial cleansers and facial mask cosmetics. 4 Principle
