GB/T 39396 "Global Continuous Monitoring and Evaluation System (iGMAS) Quality Requirements" is divided into two parts. ---Part 1.Observation data; ---Part 2.Products. This part is Part 1 of GB/T 39396. This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This part was proposed by the Equipment Development Department of the Central Military Commission. This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Beidou Satellite Navigation Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC544). Drafting organizations of this section. 1 Scope

This part of GB/T 39396 specifies the requirements for the GNSS observation data quality index of the Global Continuous Monitoring and Evaluation System (iGMAS) tracking station, Evaluation items and observation data requirements and evaluation methods. This part is applicable to iGMAS survey-type GNSS receiver development and index verification, tracking station location, observation data quality evaluation and analysis, etc.

Contains data such as pseudorange, carrier phase, Doppler shift and signal strength. 3.1.2 Observation data integrity rate The receiver observes the ratio of the actual epoch data volume to the theoretical epoch data volume of the satellite. 3.1.3 Gross error Outlier error. Make a series of observations under the same observation conditions, the absolute value of which exceeds the measurement deviation of the tolerance. 3.1.4 Cycle slip ratio In a certain period of time, the ratio of the actual epoch data volume of the receiver observation data to the cycle slip epoch metadata volume. Note. Reflects the average number of epochs observed during cycle slips. 3.1.5 Receiver clock jump In order to keep the synchronization accuracy of the receiver's internal clock and GNSS within a certain range, the receiver manufacturer controls the receiver clock error to not exceed Clock jump inserted at a certain threshold.
