1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the side bag filling technology of high-water material lanes, the strength requirements of high-water materials, the slurry transportation system, Roadside filling and retaining support requirements, filling and retaining process flow and requirements, filling body strength, underground pressure monitoring and quality inspection. This standard is applicable to the mining roadway with coal seam inclination less than 25°, mining height less than 5.0m, and bolt-net support.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 High water material It is composed of two components of material A and material B. When the two components are added with water to form a single component slurry, it will not condense for several hours. Once mixed, it will A hydraulic material that can quickly condense and harden, and the volume of water is less than 90%. 3.2 A material The main material composed of bauxite, limestone and a small amount of sulphoaluminate cement clinker fired from other minerals and suspended dispersant, retarder, etc. The auxiliary materials composed of ingredients are ground to a certain fineness. 3.3 Material B The main material composed of anhydrite and quicklime and the auxiliary material composed of suspended dispersant, coagulant and other ingredients are ground to a certain fineness. 3.4 Filling body Consolidation formed after solidification of high-water material mixed slurry. 3.5 In situ The filling bodies are all located in the goaf, and the original roadway is completely reserved along the edge of the goaf. 3.6 Semi-in-situ A way of filling and retaining lanes by the side of the lane in which the filling body is wholly or partially located in the original lane.
