1 Scope

3 Principle

The sample to be tested is extracted with 5% nitric acid solution and cleaned by C18 solid phase extraction column, and then inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer is used. Determination, quantification by internal standard method.

4 Reagent

Unless otherwise specified, the water used in this test is the first grade water specified in GB/T 6682. 4.1 Nitric acid. superior grade pure. 4.2 Mannitol.
