1 Scope

This standard specifies the test method and data processing of the tensile properties of the ribbon film. This standard applies to samples with a thickness between 50nm and a few microns and a ratio of length to thickness greater than 300. It can also be used for MEMS Quality control of the product film structure.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 26111 and the following apply to this document. 3.1 Modulus of elasticity When the material is in the stage of elastic deformation, the ratio of stress to strain.
