Foreword This standard replaces Design Rules for Cranes (GB/T 3811 - 1983). There have been some changes in this national standard over GB/T 3811 - 1983 in the following technical aspects. a) Add "Foreword"; - b) Revise "Introduction"; c) The crane is classified into overhead type crane, jib type crane and cable type crane, and in "Scope", the limitation "only being applicable to the electric driven crane". d) The content of Chapter 2 "General Provisions" in the former GB/T 3 81 1 -1983 is adjusted to the content in this standard. --Chapter 3 "Classification", add the provisions in structure or machine element classification; --~Chapter 4 "Calculated Load" and "Load Combination" - -1Chapter 8 "anti-overturning stability and wind resistance skid presentation safety of complete machine"; --Chapter 9 "Safety". e) Adjust Chapter 3 "Structure" in GB/T3 811-1983 to Chapter 3 of this standard, and the content changes are as follow. - - Add the content of steel frangibility failure assessment; - -Simplify the integral stability calculation of bending element; - -Revise the contents related to fatigue strength check computation of structure; - - Properly adjust and revise the crane rigidity requirement; --Supplement the requirement on the structure in the structural design. f) Adjust Chapter 4 "mechanism" of BG/T 3811-1983 to Chapter 6 "Machinery" of this standard, and the content changes are as follow. --Supplement the original selection and checking calculation of motor capacity in the mechanism calculation, and the basic content of the mechanism design and the brief calculation of mechanism property are introduced; --Revise the calculation of parts of the machinery. g) Adjust Chapter 5 "Electrics" in GB/T 3 811-1983 to Chapter 7 of this standard, and add the contents related to the electric speed cont... ......
