3 method summary

General analysis of samples after ashing, decomposition with hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid, determination of sample dissolution by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry The line intensity of each element in the liquid. Calculate the concentration of each element in the sample solution by using a standard solution as a calibration curve, and calculate the elements in the coal ash. The content of the elemental oxide.

4 reagents and materials

Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used in this standard are of analytical grade and the water used is deionized water or distilled water of equivalent purity. 4.1 Hydrofluoric acid. Density 1.14g/mL. 4.2 Perchloric acid. density 1.67g/mL. 4.3 Hydrochloric acid. Density 1.18 g/mL. 4.4 Hydrochloric acid solution (1 1). Add 1 volume of hydrochloric acid to 1 volume of water and shake well. 4.5 Hydrochloric acid solution (1 19). Add 1 volume of hydrochloric acid to 19 volumes of water and shake well. 4.6 Sulfuric acid solution (50 mL/L). Measure 5 mL of sulfuric acid (density 1.84 g/mL), slowly add water and dilute to 100 mL with water. 4.7 Iron standard stock solution (1mg/mL). Accurately weigh high-purity ferric oxide (99.99%) 1.4286g which has been dried at 110 °C for 1h. In a 400 mL beaker, add 40 mL of hydrochloric acid solution (1 1), cover the watch glass and slowly heat to dissolve, cool to room temperature, and transfer to 1000 mL. In a measuring flask, dilute to the mark with water, shake well, and transfer to a plastic bottle. 4.8 Calcium standard stock solution (1mg/mL). Accurately weigh 2.5000g of high-purity calcium carbonate (99.99%) which has been dried at 110 °C for 1h. In a 400 mL beaker, add 50 mL of water, cover the watch glass, slowly add 20 mL of hydrochloric acid solution (1 1) along the wall of the cup, dissolve completely, and cook by heating. Boil the carbon dioxide, rinse the surface dish and the cup with water, cool to room temperature, transfer to a 1000mL volumetric flask, dilute to the mark with water, shake well, Transfer to a plastic bottle.
