1 Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the content of plant growth regulators in fertilizers by high performance liquid chromatography. This standard applies to sodium nitrophenolate and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid in water-soluble fertilizers, compound fertilizers, compound fertilizers, mixed fertilizers and other fertilizers (Referred to as 2,4-D), determination of abscisic acid, naphthalene acetic acid, forchlorfenuron, uniconazole, indole-3-acetic acid, indole butyric acid. The method detection limit and quantification limit of each target in this standard are. sodium nitrophenolate 3mg/kg and 10mg/kg; 2,4-D 5mg/kg and 10mg/kg; abscisic acid, naphthaleneacetic acid, forchlorfenuron, uniconazole 3mg/kg and 10mg/kg; indole-3-acetic acid, indole butyric acid 5mg/kg and 10mg/kg.

3 Method summary

The sample is ultrasonically extracted with methanol, and under selected working conditions, with a high performance liquid chromatograph (equipped with a diode array detector) Determination is qualitative by retention time and quantitative by external standard method.

4 Reagents and materials

4.1 Unless otherwise stated, only use reagents confirmed to be analytically pure and primary water in GB/T 6682 in the analysis. 4.2 Methanol. chromatographically pure. 4.3 Acetonitrile. chromatographically pure. 4.4 Formic acid. chromatographically pure. 4.5 Ammonium acetate. chromatographically pure. 4.6 Glacial acetic acid. pure superior grade. 4.7 Formic acid solution (1 1000). Pipette 1.0mL formic acid (4.4) and 1000mL water and mix. 4.8 Ammonium acetate solution (0.77g/L). Weigh 0.77g of ammonium acetate (4.5), dissolve in water and dilute to 1000mL. 4.9 Glacial acetic acid solution (150).
