This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 3615-2007 "Aluminum foil for electrolytic capacitors". Compared with GB/T 3615-2007, the main technical changes are as follows. --- the thickness of the high-pressure anode foil from 0.080mm ~ 0.150mm modified to 0.050mm ~ 0.150mm; --- increased the high pressure anode foil grade 1A97, low pressure anode foil grades 1A97, the cathode foil grades increased by 1A90; --- increase the H18, H22 state, delete the H19 state; --- increase the requirements of the joints and testing; --- increase the die requirements and size deviation detection method; --- increased the mechanical properties of the cathode foil grade 1A90 requirements; --- increase the thickness of the medium and high pressure anode foil texture content requirements; - increased corrosion rate requirements and test methods; --- Removed pinhole requirements and testing requirements; --- Removal of adhesion requirements and testing requirements.
