1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the cluster control system architecture, function configuration, and communication of photovoltaic power stations in villages and towns. This standard is applicable to the cluster control system of PV power-saving poverty alleviation power stations in power grids with voltage ratings of 10 kV and below.
