1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements and observation methods of radiation observation in surface meteorological observation. This standard applies to ground meteorological observations and other meteorological observations of radiation observations.

4 General requirements

4.1 Observation Elements Including total radiation, direct radiation, scattered radiation, reflected radiation, long-wave radiation (including atmospheric longwave radiation and long-wave radiation on the ground) radiation.
