The password is guaranteed to be complex and is prompted to replace regularly through the system. b) The system supports the maximum number of retries after the password is incorrectly configured; the specific number of times is configured by the service operator; c) The system supports multiple management users and can configure management rights for different users; d) It supports China national cryptographic algorithms, which are used for certificate, signature and encryption authentication; e) The system supports the initialization operation. It clears all user data after initialization and returns to the factory settings; f) It supports IP address-based access to ACL. Only the IP address in the ACL can access RSU; g) RSU supports data encryption storage; h) It supports WEB-based management interfaces. WEB-based management interfaces use HTTPS encryption; i) When the NTP protocol is used to synchronize time, NTP packets are signed and authenticated. j) It provides integrity verification capabilities for store-and-forward data; k) When reading the DSRC message of verification failure, storing the forwarding data, and generating a failed login attempt, the alarm is reported through the SNMP V3 protocol to the management system; l) It supports the shell anti-detachment function. When the shell is detached, the alarm is reported through the SNMP V3 protocol to the management system. 8.5.8 RSU configuration functions The RSU configuration shall include the following functions: a) It supports the overall initialization of the system with the internally stored configuration parameters; b) The RF output power of RSU is configurable; c) When it is fresh from the factory or reset to factory-fresh condition, it will enter the standby state from the initial state after the power is on; d) It supports the standby command issued by the receiving management system to enter the standby state from the running state; e) It supports the running command issued by the receiving management system to enter the running state from the standby state; f) It supports to enter the running power-off state when it suddenly loses power in the running state, which will not cause damage to the file system; g) It supports to enter the running state or standby state respectively after the power is on in the running power-off state or the standby power-off state; h) It supports the factory reset command, and clears all the configuration information and enters the initial state after receiving the factory reset command; i) It keeps the running state according to the working time sent downstream by the application system or the management system after the running state is disconnected from the application system, and enters the standby state after the working time is out; j) It supports the reporting of the health status of the equipment, including the memory usage, the CPU usage, the file system usage, the running time, the management user login information, and the statistics of the number of data packets of each application identification sent and received by each protocol; k) The configuration file of RSU supports export and import.
