This document replaces GB/T 29118-2012 "Evaluation Guidelines for Economical Institutions". 1 Scope

This document stipulates the evaluation indicators, evaluation indicator content and requirements, and evaluation process for conservation-oriented agencies. This document applies to the Party's organs, People's Congress organs, administrative organs, CPPCC organs, supervisory organs, judicial organs, procuratorial organs, as well as trade unions, Evaluations of people's organizations such as the Communist Youth League, Women's Federation, and public institutions managed with reference to the Civil Servant Law.

3 Terms and definitions
