8 Inspection rules

8.1 Batch Products are checked and accepted in batches. Products produced continuously with the same brand of raw materials, the same specifications, the same formula, and the same process shall not exceed More than 500,000 as a batch. 8.2 Inspection classification 8.2.1 Factory inspection The factory inspection items are appearance, dimensional deviation, drop and anti-leakage performance. 8.2.2 Type inspection Type inspection items are all items in the requirements except for the biodegradability required by 6.5.Type inspection should be carried out in one of the following situations test. a) Trial type appraisal of new products or old products transferred to factories; b) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes; c) After normal production, at least once a year; d) When production is resumed after the product is stopped for half a year; e) When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; f) When the national quality supervision and inspection agency puts forward a requirement for type inspection. 8.3 Sampling plan 8.3.1 Mark, appearance, size deviation Adopt the double normal sampling plan of GB/T 2828.1-2003.The inspection level (IL) is the general inspection level II, and the acceptance quality is limited (AQL) is 6.5, and its samples and judgment arrays are shown in Table 2.Each unit of packaging is regarded as the same unit, and the unit packaging can be box, bundle, bag, Wait. During the test, randomly take a bag sample from each unit package for inspection. 8.3.2 Anti-leakage, drop, rope tension resistance of garbage bags Randomly take a sufficient number of samples from the drawn samples. 8.4 Judgment rules 8.4.1 Determination of qualified items 8.4.1.1 Dimensional deviation, sensory The determination of size deviation and sensory sample unit shall be carried out according to 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3.
