This document applies to insulator products of primary lithium battery for pillar.2 Normative referencesThe following documents are normatively referenced in this document and are indispensable for its application. For dated references, only the version corresponding to that date is applicable to this document; for undated references, the latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this document. GB/T 223 (all parts), Methods for chemical analysis of iron, steel and alloy Note: GB/T 223 (all parts) include all methods for chemical analysis of iron, steel and alloy. GB/T 3280, Cold rolled stainless steel plate, sheet and strip GB/T 4182, Molybdenum wire GB/T 5213, Cold rolled low carbon steel sheet and strip GB/T 16920, Glass - Determination of coefficient of mean linear thermal expansion GB/T 24511, Stainless steel and heat resisting steel plate, sheet, and strip for pressure equipment YB/T 5235, Sealed iron-nickel-chromium, iron-nickel alloy with permanent expansion YB/T 5240, The glass sealed iron-chromium alloy 4J283 Terms and definitionsNo terms and definitions need to be defined in this document.6 Test methods6.1 Raw material test methods 6.1.1 The analysis method of chemical composition of the cover plate and pole shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 223 (all parts). 6.1.2 The coefficient of mean linear thermal expansion of glass body shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 16920. 6.2 Product test methods 6.2.1 The external dimensions of insulators shall be measured with measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges of corresponding precision. 6.2.2 Visual inspection, as well as the aid of a magnifying glass, can be used for appearance quality inspection. 6.2.3 Air tightness testing shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions in Appendix A. 6.2.4 For the measurement of insulation resistance, an appropriate instrument shall be selected according to the characteristics of the sample to be tested. For example: megohm bridge, megger, insulation resistance test device and other suitable equipment. The insulation resistance test environment shall be kept at 15 °C ~ 35 °C and relative humidity 20% ~ 80%, and the applied DC voltage shall be at least 500 V. 6.2.5 The sealing-in tensile test shall be carried out on an electronic tensile testing machine at a speed of 15 mm/s. When the length of the pole is less than 30 mm and there is a clear requirement, a sample accompanying the furnace, of the same sealing- in area and a pole length greater than 30 mm, can be used for the sealing-in tension test, to prove the conformity of the product. 7.5 Determination of the test result 7.5.1 If the inspection result of product shape and size is unqualified, it is allowed to double the sampling and repeat the test. If there are still unqualified products, judge this batch of products as unqualified. 7.5.2 If the inspection result of appearance quality of the product is unqualified, judge the product to be unqualified. 7.5.3 If any inspection result of air tightness, insulation resistance, and sealing-in tension of the product is unqualified, it is allowed to double the sampling and repeat the test. If there are still unqualified products, judge this batch of products as unqualified.8 Labeling, packaging, transportation, storage andaccompanying documents 8.1 Labeling A label shall be affixed to each packaging box. Label content includes: a) product name; b) model; c) quantity; d) batch number; e) date of packaging. 8.2 Packaging, transportation, storage 8.2.1 The product shall be packed in a plastic bag, which shall contain desiccant and then packed into a carton. 8.2.2 Put the small carton neatly in the large packing box, and use foam board as a cushion around it to prevent extrusion damage to the product. 8.2.3 After packing the boxes, put them neatly on the pallet and wrap them with plastic film to prevent products from dispersing and from rain. 8.2.4 Products shall be prevented from collision and extrusion during transportation. 8.2.5 Products shall be placed in a dry, ventilated environment without corrosive atmosphere. 8.3 Accompanying documents Each batch of products shall be accompanied by accompanying documents, which shall include supplier information, product information, number of this document, date of manufacture or packaging date, and should also include: a) Product qualification, with the following contents: ● Inspection items and their results or inspection conclusions; ● Batch or batch number; ● Inspection date; ● Inspector’s signature or seal. b) Others.9 Order form contentThe buyer can list the following contents in the order form for ordering the products that are listed in this document according to its own needs: a) product name; b) model; c) product quantity; d) air tightness; e) insulation resistance; f) number of this document; g) others. ......Source: Above contents are excerpted from the full-copy PDF -- translated/reviewed by: www.ChineseStandard.net / Wayne Zheng et al. |
