Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 23642-2009 "Insulation materials and systems transient rise and repeated pulse voltage conditions under the local Discharge (PD) Electrical Measurements ", the main technical changes compared with GB/T 23642-2009 are as follows. --- Modify the scope (see Chapter 1,.2009 edition Chapter 1); --- Modify the definition of the term "partial discharge pulse" (see 3.3,.2009 edition 3.3); --- Modify the definition of the term "repetitive partial discharge inception voltage" (see 3.4,.2009 edition 3.4); --- Modify the definition of the term "repeated discharge discharge voltage" (see 3.5,.2009 edition 3.5); --- Removed the terms "PD pulse repetition rate" and "surge voltage rise rate" (see.2009 version 3.10 and 3.12); --- Modify the terms "pulse width and pulse duty cycle" (3.9 and 3.10, see the.2009 edition of 3.14 and 3.15); --- Added "Impact Generator" clause (see 4.4); --- Removed the "impact of voltage source" clause (see.2009 version 4.4.2); --- Added "Figure 6, Figure 10, Figure 11 and Figure 12" (see Figure 6, Figure 10, Figure 11 and Figure 12); --- Modify the "PD measurement sensitivity" chapter (see Chapter 7,.2009 edition Chapter 7); --- Removed the "test circuit" and "test procedures" provisions (see the.2009 edition of Chapter 8 and Chapter 9); --- Added "Test procedures for repetitive increases and decreases in the magnitude of impulse voltages" (see Chapter 8); --- Modify the "test report" chapter (see Chapter 9,.2009 edition Chapter 10); --- Added "Appendix C and Appendix D" (see Appendix C and Appendix D). This standard uses the translation method identical with IEC /T S61934.2011 "Electrical Insulation Materials and Systems Instantaneous rise and repeated voltage punch Partial discharge (PD) electrical measurement under impact conditions ". 1 Scope

This standard specifies the electrical insulation system (EIS) Partial discharge (PD) occurs when subjected to repeated voltage shocks generated by power electronics equipment. Offline measurement method. This standard applies to power electronic equipment supply EIS, such as motors, inductive reactors and wind turbines. Note 1. The use of this standard for certain products may require the addition of other procedures. Note 2. As this standard outlines an emerging technology, the same applies to experience and precautions as well as to specific preconditioning conditions. The following measurement methods except. --- Optical or ultrasonic based on the PD detection method; --- No repetitive voltage surge (such as lightning impact or switching device switching impact) PD measurement.

2 Normative references

The following documents for the application of this document is essential. For dated references, only the dated version applies to this article Pieces. For undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document. 3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Repetitive voltage shock repetitivevoltageimpulses The voltage surge generated by the switching of the power electronics carrier or drive frequency. 3.2 Partial discharge partialdischarge; PD Inter-conductor insulation is only partially bridged by electrical discharges. Remark GB/T 7354-2003, the definition 3.1. 3.3 Partial discharge pulse partialdischargepulse Current pulses measured at the end of the test piece during partial discharge in the test piece. Note 1. For the purpose of testing, the pulse is measured with the appropriate test circuit connected to the test circuit. Note 2. According to this standard, the current or voltage signal detected at the output is related to the PD pulse at the input. Note 3. Rewrite GB/T 7354-2003, the definition of 3.2. 3.4 Repetitive partial discharge start voltage repetitivepartialdischargeinceptionvoltage; RPDIV The minimum peak-to-peak surge voltage of five PD pulses appears in ten voltage shocks of the same polarity. NOTE For the specified test time and test circuit, this value is the average value and the voltage applied to the test piece gradually increases from undetectable PD.
