This part is Part 5 of GB/T 23561. Appendix A of this section is a normative appendix. This part is proposed and managed by China Coal Industry Association. This part is drafted by. Coal Research Institute Mining Design Research Branch and Coal Research Institute Detection Research Branch. The main drafters of this section. Qi Qingxin, Li Jiqing, Mao Debing, Fu Jingyu, Zhang Xueliang.1 ScopeThis part of GB/T 23561 specifies the terms and definitions involved in the determination method of coal and rock water absorption, the determination of natural water absorption and determination of forced water absorption. This part is applicable to the determination of the water absorption of coal and rocks that do not disintegrate, dissolve, shrink or swell when exposed to water.2 Terms and DefinitionsThe following terms and definitions apply to this part of GB/T 23561.3 Determination of natural water absorption3.1 Instruments and equipment The instruments and equipment used in the test are as follows. a) Balance. Sensitivity (minimum division value) 0.01g; b) oven; c) dryer; d) water container; e) diamond machines, stone cutters, stone mills and grinders; f) Vacuum pumping equipment and boiling equipment; g) Weighing device in water; h) Measuring platform. 3.2 Test steps 3.2.1 Select three representative approximately cubic rock blocks with a side length of about 4cm to 5cm from the samples as test pieces. For the test piece with fixed mechanical properties, remove the sticky matter and easy-falling debris on the surface, and pay attention not to cause artificial cracks. For soft rock and extremely soft rock, protective measures should be taken for the test piece to prevent the test piece from falling off or disintegrating during water absorption. 3.2.2 Dry the test piece in an oven at 105°C to 110°C for 24h, take out the test piece, cool it to room temperature in a desiccator, and weigh it to obtain M. 3.2.3 Place several glass rods with the same diameter in the water container, the distance between each glass rod is 1cm-2cm, and the rock blocks are placed on the glass rods. Above, the distance between each test piece is 1cm-2cm. 3.2.4 Fill the container with water to a quarter of the height of the test piece, and then inject water every 2 hours. The highest value is equal to a quarter of the height of the test piece until the final liquid level is 1cm to 2cm higher than the test piece. 3.2.5 After 24h, take out the test piece, wipe off the surface moisture with a wet towel, and weigh it for the first time. Put it back into the water container after weighing, Weigh once every 24 hours until the mass difference between the two before and after does not exceed 0.01g. The last weighing is the mass of the specimen after absorbing water. Quantity M1. 3.3 Data Calculation According to the formula (1) to calculate the measurement result.4 Determination of forced water absorption4.1 Instruments and equipment The vacuum pumping device is shown in Figure 1, and the vacuum pump is required to be able to reach 0.001MPa (about 7mmHg). Other instruments and equipment are the same as 3.1. 4.2 Test procedure 4.2.1 Preparation of test pieces and drying and weighing shall be carried out according to 3.2.1 and 3.2.2. 4.2.2 Place the dried test piece on the perforated plate in the vacuum tank, see Figure 1, and the distance should not be less than 2cm. 4.2.3 Connect the air extraction system, and all connections must be free of air leakage. 4.2.4 Start the vacuum pump, pump air for 20-30 minutes, then open the three-way valve, and slowly inject water into the vacuum pumping tank until the water surface is higher than The test piece is 2cm-3cm, and then continue to pump until there are no more air bubbles on the surface of the test piece, and the pumping time should not be less than 4h; turn off the vacuum pump, twist Turn the three-way valve to make the vacuum pumping tank communicate with the atmosphere. 4.2.5 The vacuum degree of pumping should be kept at 0.001MPa (about 7mmHg). 4.2.6 Take out the test piece from the vacuum pumping tank, put it in a water container whose water level exceeds the top of the test piece, and let it stand for more than 4h. 4.2.7 Take out the saturated test piece, wipe off the surface moisture with a wet towel, and weigh it to obtain M2. 4.3 Data Calculation According to the formula (2) to calculate the measurement results. ......Tips & Frequently Asked Questions:Question 1: How long will the true-PDF of GB/T 23561.5-2009_English be delivered?Answer: Upon your order, we will start to translate GB/T 23561.5-2009_English as soon as possible, and keep you informed of the progress.
