1 Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of starch granules in honey. This standard applies to the determination of qualitative and honey counts of starch grains. This standard does not apply to honey products.

5 Equipment

This sample solution used for qualitative testing. 6.2 Weigh uniform honey 50.0g, 25mL diluted with water, and mix. This sample solution is used to test the microscope counting.

7 Procedure
