1 Scope

3 PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD

4 Reagents and materials

Take 50mL hydrochloric acid solution (4.4) and 450mL of methanol and mix. 4.6 SPE activation solution. Weigh 4.5g of sodium chloride dissolved in 90mL water, then add 10mL of methanol and mix. 4.7 eluent. Take 450mL of hydrochloric acid solution (4.4) and 50mL of methanol and mix. 4.8 acidic methanol solution. Take 250μL of formic acid dissolved in 500mL of methanol and mix. 4.9 0.02% formic acid solution. take 200μL acid was dissolved in 1000mL of water, and mix. 4.10 dopamine hydrochloride stock standard solution. Weigh standard dopamine hydrochloride (content greater than 98%) 0.1000g in 100mL capacity Bottle with acidic methanol solution (4.8) was dissolved constant volume, formulated at a concentration of 1mg/mL stock solution of dopamine hydrochloride. 4 ℃ under the conditions of storage, Valid for three months. 4.11 dopamine hydrochloride intermediate standard solution.
