If the demand-side has requirements for the chemical composition, they shall be negotiated during ordering. 7.3 Delivery State 7.3.1 The steel sheet and strip shall be delivered in a flat state after annealing. 7.4 Mechanical Properties The supply-side shall guarantee that within 6 months from the date of completion of manufacture, the mechanical properties of the steel sheet and strip shall comply with the stipulations of Table 4. 7.5 Tensile Strain Marks Under room-temperature storage conditions, for the steel sheet and strip with the surface quality requirements of FC and FD, it shall be guaranteed that no tensile strain marks would appear within 6 months from the date of completion of manufacture. 7.6 Surface Quality 7.7 Surface Structure The surface structure of the steel sheet and strip shall comply with the stipulations of Table 6. If the demand-side has special requirements towards roughness, they shall be negotiated during ordering.8 Test Methods8.1 Generally speaking, the test of the chemical composition of steel shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 4336, GB/T 20123, GB/T 20125 and GB/T 20126, or commonly used chemical analysis methods. 8.2 The inspection items and test methods of the steel sheet and strip shall comply with the stipulations of Table 7. 8.3 The value r is obtained through the calculation with 15% plastic strain.
