1 Scope

This document specifies the classification and marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection of glass fiber roving (hereinafter referred to as "roving") Rules, marking, packaging, shipping and storage. This document applies to drawing from E glass, ECR glass, R glass and medium alkali glass, mainly used as reinforcement for polymer matrix composites single, plied or straight roving.
