1 Scope

This document specifies the overall requirements and contents of environmental health impact assessment for water conservancy and hydropower projects, and describes the assessment and prediction methods. This document is applicable to the health impact of large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects such as flood control, water supply, and power generation during the feasibility study stage of new, modified, and expanded projects. Small water conservancy and hydropower projects shall be implemented as a reference.
