1 Scope

This document specifies the classification and model naming, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of food mixers. This document applies to household and similar food stirrers with a rated voltage not exceeding 250V AC. This document does not involve safety requirements related to food contact materials.
