This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting. This document replaces GB/T 1482-2010 "Standard Funnel Method for Determination of Fluidity of Metal Powders (Hall Velocimeter)", and Compared with GB/T 1482-2010, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows. a) Increased the requirements for the roughness of the standard funnel (see Figure 1); b) Change the funnel hole size "D=2.5 0.05 0 " to "D=2.5 0.4 0 " (see Figure 1, Figure 1 of the.2010 edition); c) Change "Chinese corundum" to "standard corundum" (see 5.5, 3.5 of the.2010 edition); d) Change "50g" to "50g±0.1g" (see 6.1, 4.1 of the.2010 edition); e) Changed the precision requirements (see Chapter 10, Chapter 8 of the.2010 edition); f) Increased the units expressed in calculation results (see Chapter 11). This document is equivalent to ISO 4490.2018 "Determination of fluidity of metal powders by standard funnel method (Hall flow meter)".
