Foreword

This Standard was drafted in accordance with the rules in GB/T 1.1-2009. This Standard serves as a replacement of GB/T 13916-2002 Unnoted Tolerance of Shape and Position for Stampings. In comparison with GB/T 13916-2002, other than editorial modifications, there are several main technical changes as follows. ---The English translation of the title of this Standard is modified (please refer to the front cover; the front cover in Version 2002); ---The grade of tolerance is modified (please refer to Chapter 2; Chapter 2 in Version 2002); ---Graphic annotation is modified (please refer to Figure 2 in 3.2; Figure 2 in Version 2002); ---Unnoted tolerance of cylindricity is modified (please refer to 3.4; 3.4 in Version 2002); ---Unnoted tolerance of parallelism is modified (please refer to 3.5; 3.5 in Version 2002); ---A group of tolerance values is deleted (please refer to Grade-5 tolerance in 3.1 in Version 2002); ---The representation method for the adoption of this Standard is added (please refer to Chapter 4). This Standard was proposed by and shall be under the jurisdiction of National Technical Committee 74 on Forging of Standardization Administration of China (SAC/TC 74). The drafting organization of this Standard. YTO (Luoyang) Flag Auto-body Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this Standard. Dailu, Zhujing, Li Junying, Li Gaoxin. The issuance of the previous versions of the standard being replaced by this Standard is as follows. ---GB/T 13916-1992, GB/T 13916-2002. Unnoted Tolerance of Shape and Position for Stamping Parts

1 Scope

This Standard stipulates the unnoted tolerance grade and numerical value of straightness, flatness, concentricity and symmetry for metal stamping parts; it also stipulates the unnoted tolerance of roundness, cylindricity, parallelism, perpendicularity and gradient for metal stamping parts. This Standard is applicable to stamping parts for metal plates.

2 Grade of Tolerance

Unnoted tolerance of straightness, flatness, concentricity and symmetry for stamping parts shall be divided into four grades, namely, f (fine), m (middle), c (coarse), v (very coarse).

3 Numerical Value of Tolerance

3.1 Unnoted Tolerance of Straightness and Flatness Unnoted tolerance of straightness and flatness shall comply with the stipulations in Table 1.Unnoted tolerance of flatness shall select a longer side as the main parameter. 3.3 Unnoted Tolerance of Roundness Unnoted tolerance of roundness shall be not more than the corresponding dimensional tolerance. 3.4 Unnoted Tolerance of Cylindricity Unnoted tolerance of cylindricity is constituted of 3 parts. roundness, straightness and parallelism tolerance of relative generatrix. Each tolerance is controlled by its noted tolerance or unnoted tolerance; inclusion requirements may be adopted. 3.5 Unnoted Tolerance of Parallelism Unnoted tolerance of parallelism equals to dimensional tolerance, or, flatness (straightness) tolerance. The larger value between them shall prevail.

4 Representation Method for Adoption of this Standard

When the unnoted tolerance stipulated in this Standard is adopted, it shall be represented through the serial No. of this Standard and the symbols of tolerance grade in corresponding drawings and technical documents. ......
