1 Scope

This standard specifies the method for determination of trace elements in pre-mixed feed mixing uniformity. This standard applies to iron salts of trace elements detected pre-mixed feed mixing uniformity.

4 Reagents

The following reagents, unless otherwise stated, were of analytical grade. Weigh 8.3g of anhydrous sodium acetate is dissolved in water and adding 12mL of glacial acetic acid and water Diluted to 100mL, shake. 4.4 phenanthroline  morpholino solution (1g/L). Weigh 0.1g phenanthroline  morpholine dissolved in water for about 80mL80 ℃, and diluted with water after cooling to 100mL, shake, stored in a brown bottle and placed in the refrigerator. 5. Apparatus 5.1 Analysis of balance. a sense of the amount of 0.1mg. 5.2 Spectrophotometer. with a 1cm cuvette.

6 Sampling
