3 Basic Regulations

4 civil works

4.1 General provisions 4.1.1 The construction of civil works shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Unified Standards for Construction Quality Acceptance of Construction Engineering" GB 50300. 4.1.2 The surveying and setting-out work shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Engineering Surveying" GB 50026. 4.1.3 When raw materials used in civil works enter the factory, the following tests shall be carried out. 1 When the raw materials enter the site, the variety, specifications, appearance and size should be checked and accepted. The material packaging should be intact, and there should be product qualification certificates, Chinese manuals and relevant performance test reports. 2 When the steel bar enters the site, the test piece should be taken for mechanical performance inspection according to the current national standard "Steel for Reinforced Concrete" GB 1499 and other regulations. 3 When the cement enters the site, its variety, grade, packaging or bulk warehouse number, date of delivery, etc. should be inspected, and its strength, stability and other necessary performance indicators should be re-inspected. Materials such as steel bars and cement should be stored in a dry place that can avoid rain and snow, and various protective measures should be taken. 4.1.6 The construction of concrete structures shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Concrete Structures" GB 50204. 4.1.7 For concrete mixed with admixtures, the relevant quality and application technology shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Concrete Admixtures" GB 8076 and "Technical Specifications for the Application of Concrete Admixtures" GB 50119. 4.1.8 The winter construction of concrete shall comply with the relevant provisions of JGJ/T 104, the current industry standard "Code for Winter Construction of Construction Engineering". 4.1.9 For buildings (structures) that require settlement observation, settlement observation signs shall be set up in time, and settlement observation records shall be made well. 4.1.10 Concealed works may include. steel bar inspection before concrete pouring, quality inspection before backfilling of concrete foundation groove, etc. The acceptance of concealed works shall meet the requirements of Article 3.0.5 of this code. 4.2 Earthworks 4.2.1 The construction of earthworks should implement the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Foundation Engineering" GB 50202, and the construction of earthworks for deep foundation pit foundations should also implement the current industry standard "Technical Regulations for Building Foundation Pit Support" "Relevant provisions of JGJ 120. 4.2.2 In case of blasting works in the construction of earthworks, it shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Earthworks and Blasting Works" GB 50201. 4.2.3 Before the construction of the project, the elevation control network and plane control network of the whole site shall be established. Necessary protective measures shall be taken for elevation control points and plane control points, and retesting shall be carried out regularly. 4.2.4 Before earthwork excavation, the original underground facilities shall be marked and corresponding protective measures shall be taken. 4.2.5 When the support foundation adopts the full-length excavation method, under the premise of ensuring the safety of the foundation pit, the earthwork that needs to be backfilled should be stacked nearby, and the excess earthwork should be transported to the spoil site for stacking. 4.2.6 If there is a requirement for the compactness of the backfill, it shall be qualified by testing. 4.3 Bracket foundation 4.3.1 The construction of concrete independent foundations and strip foundations shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Concrete Structure Engineering" GB 50204, and shall meet the following requirements. 1 Before concrete pouring, the foundation pit should be checked and accepted, and the axis, foundation pit size, and base elevation should meet the design requirements. The floating soil and debris in the foundation pit should be cleaned up. 2 After the basic formwork is removed, the appearance quality and dimensional deviation should be checked, and the defects should be dealt with in time. 3 The exposed metal embedded parts shall be treated with anticorrosion. 4 When pouring concrete for the same support foundation, it is advisable to complete the pouring at one time. The intermittent time of concrete pouring should not exceed the initial setting time of the concrete. For parts that exceed the allowable dimensional deviation and affect structural performance and use functions, they should be treated according to the technical treatment plan, and re-inspected and accepted. 4.3.2 The construction of the pile foundation shall implement the current national standard "Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Foundation Engineering" GB 50202 and the relevant provisions of "Technical Specifications for Building Pile Foundation" JGJ 94, and shall meet the following requirements. 1.The appearance and quality of the pile body should be inspected after entering the site and before construction for the pressure (driving and rotating) piles. 2 The position of the pile-forming equipment should be stable, and the equipment should not be tilted or shifted during the pile-forming process. 3 During the pile pressing process, the pressure, pile verticality and pressing depth should be checked. 4 During the construction process of pressing (driving and screwing) piles, the pile body should be kept vertical and should not be loaded eccentrically. 5.The depth control scale shall be set on the drill tool for drilling the cast-in-place pile, and shall be observed and recorded during construction. 6 During the construction of cast-in-situ piles, the whole process of hole formation, slag removal, placement of steel cages, and pouring of concrete (cement slurry) should be inspected. 7 Concrete (cement slurry) should be poured as soon as possible after the hole quality inspection of the cast-in-situ pile is qualified. 8 For the strength and bearing capacity detection of the pile-type support foundation, it is advisable to carry out random inspections in different areas according to the principle of controlling construction quality. 4.3.3 The construction of the roof support foundation shall meet the following requirements. 1 The construction of the support foundation shall not damage the main structure of the original building and the waterproof layer. 2 The support foundation of the new roof should be constructed together with the main structure. 3 When the steel structure is used as the support foundation, the construction of the roof waterproofing project should be completed before the construction of the steel structure support, and the roof waterproof layer should not be damaged during the construction of the steel structure support. 4 If it affects the waterproof structure of the original building, it should be re-waterproofed according to the original waterproof structure. 5 The grounded flat steel and angle steel should be treated with anticorrosion. 4.3.4 The deviation of support foundation and embedded bolts (embedded parts) shall meet the following requirements. 1 The size tolerance of concrete independent foundation and strip foundation shall comply with the provisions in Table 4.3.4-1. 2 The allowable deviation of pile foundation size shall comply with the provisions in Table 4.3.4-2. 3 The permissible deviation of the embedded bolts (embedded parts) of the support foundation shall comply with the provisions in Table 4.3.4-3. 4.4 Site and underground facilities 4.4.1 The road construction of the photovoltaic power station should be carried out in a combination of permanent and temporary. 4.4.2 The waterproof slope and construction quality of the road shall meet the design requirements. 4.4.3 In addition to meeting the design requirements, the construction of cable trenches should also meet the following requirements. 1 Waterproof measures should be taken for the reserved holes in the cable trench. 2 The construction quality of deformation joints in cable trenches should be strictly controlled. 3 Waterproof measures should be taken for the outdoor cable trench cover. 4.4.4 The construction of water supply and drainage pipelines in the station area shall meet the following requirements. 1.The buried water supply and drainage pipes should be considered as a whole with the construction of roads or buildings on the ground, first underground and then on the ground. After the pipeline is backfilled, secondary excavation should be avoided as far as possible. 5 Installation works

5.1 General provisions 5.1.1 The transportation and storage of equipment shall meet the following requirements. 1 In the process of hoisting and transportation, safety measures such as anti-overturning, anti-vibration and damage to the protective surface should be taken.
