Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB 16789-1997 "Specific Long Baseline Measurement Specification". Compared with GB 16789-1997, the main changes are as follows. --- Modified the format of the original standard according to GB/T 1.1-2009; --- Increased site and observation pier stability monitoring requirements and indicators, and defined indicators than the horizontal deviation of the long baseline field; --- Added a chapter on the measurement of measurement data, and made provisions for recording methods, projects, requirements and inspections; --- According to JJG306 to modify the rules of the inspection of the inch; --- Revised the inspection content of the level gauge and the leveling ruler, and added reference documents; --- Removed E5 from the original accuracy assessment; --- Removed the original Appendix H tilt correction calculation (for 24m Invar line ruler); --- The appendix newly added the 6m compensation scale comparison calculation and the uncertainty of the long baseline field measurement uncertainty evaluation. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements, site selection and embedding of the long baseline field, verification of measuring instruments, measurement methods, measurement data records, and Measurement data processing, data collation and retesting requirements.
