Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee.
This standard was drafted. People's Republic of China Shandong CIQ.
The main drafters of this standard. Qi Jialin, Li, Wang Hui, high-Mei, Xu Ming, Wang Chonglin, Li Yan Qiu.
The solution was measured pesticide chemicals in non-volatile
Thermal gravimetric analysis
1 Scope
This standard specifies the method of thermal analysis of non-volatile matter.
This standard applies to the determination of pesticide chemicals in solution of non-volatile matter content.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Non-volatile matter nonvolatilematter
At 50 ℃ conditions, pesticide chemicals remaining material was heated after 16h.
3 Method summary
Quantitative sample was heated to a constant temperature to reach the required temperature and time after the recording quality of the sample, and calculating the non-volatile matter content.
4 instruments and equipment
4.1 said sample plate. flat aluminum plate, 70mL.
4.2 Analysis of balance. a sense of the amount of 0.01g.
4.3 Oven. control the temperature 50 ℃. Use explosion-proof oven at the same time should be measured a variety of solvent-based additives.
Step 5 Analysis
5.1 will be referred to the sample pan in the oven at 50 ℃, dried to constant weight weighing said sample plate quality, accurate to 0.01g.
5.2 in said sample plate was added 2g sample, record the total mass of said sample plate with the sample to the nearest 0.01g.
5.3 will be referred to within the sample tray is placed at 50 ℃ of oven, the oven temperature reaches a predetermined temperature after the start time, constant temperature drying 16h, cooled to room
After weighing the remaining sample temperature and the total mass of said sample plate to the nearest 0.01g.
6 calculated results
According to equation (1) calculate the sample of non-volatile matter content.
S = R-TW -T × 100%
(1)
Where.
S --- sample non-volatile matter content,%;
R --- said the remaining sample plus the total mass of the sample plate, in grams (g);
