5 Requirements
5.1 Basic requirements
5.1.1 The reducer shall comply with the requirements of this Standard and
shall be manufactured in accordance with the prescribed procedures for the
design of the product drawings and technical documents.
5.1.2 The appearance of the reducer shall be clean, without rust and
oxidation.
5.1.3 The fasteners, put oil plugs, etc. shall be tightened or installed
according to the tightening torque specified in the technical documents; shall
not be loose and missing.
5.1.4 There shall be no leakage oil at each joint surface and oil seal so as to
meet the requirements of sealing test.
5.1.5 Each movement part shall be flexible, without hysteresis.
5.1.6 There shall be no debris that affects the cleanliness of the reducer.
5.1.7 Reducer resistance to salt spray capacity shall be able to meet the
relevant provisions of GB/T 10125. The test period shall not be less than 48 h.
5.2 Bench test requirements
5.2.1 Dynamic sealing performance
During the test, the seals shall not have "drops" of oil leakage.
5.2.2 Temperature rise performance
During the test, the oil temperature of reducer shall not be greater than the
maximum allowable temperature. And the temperature time curve shall be
smooth without mutation.
5.2.3 High temperature performance
There shall be no oil leakage during the test. And bearings, gears, oil seals
and other parts shall not be ablated or damaged to affect the normal
operation of the reducer.
5.2.4 Fatigue life
After completion of the fatigue life test, the main parts shall not be damaged,
connection with the vehicle shall meet the design requirements.
6.1.2 Visually inspect the appearance of the reducer. It shall be free of dirt,
corrosion and oxidation.
6.1.3 Check the tightening torque of the bolt with the torsion torque wrench
method.
6.1.4 The sealing test shall be carried out in accordance with the airtight or
immersion method specified in 6.1.6 of QC/T 29063.1-2011.
6.1.5 Fill lubricants as specified. Start the test bench. Carry out the positive
rotation test and the reverse rotation test in sequence. Check whether there is
the reducer stuck or abnormal sound. Or test the noise of the reducer under a
special test environment with an instrument.
6.1.6 Cleanliness test shall be performed in accordance with QC/T 572,
QC/T 573 and QC/T 575.
6.1.7 Salt spray test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of
GB/T 10125. The exposed area shall not be less than that in the installed
state of the vehicle. The duration of the test shall not be less than 48 h.
6.2 Bench test method
6.2.1 The test shall be carried out according to the requirements for bench
test of this Standard or purchaser.
6.2.2 Equipment
6.2.2.1 Test equipment
The reducer bench test shall have the following equipment.
a) drive device in stable operation under the maximum input rotation
speed;
b) oil temperature and room temperature measurement recorder of
continuous recording reducer;
c) drive device;
d) suction device;
e) speed, torque and timer, measurement data logger;
f) safety device;
g) oil temperature control device;
3) the oil temperature is controlled within 80°C ± 5°C;
4) the test only measures the positive direction; determine in sequence
according to the requirements combined with speed, torque, oil
temperature.
b) Test results.
1) draw a graph of the transmission efficiency speed and the
transmission efficiency torque at each test temperature according to
the measured results;
2) take the average of all detected transmission efficiencies as reducer’s
integrated transmission efficiency; calculate and determine according
to equation (1).
where,
η - the average of transmission efficiency under 2 kinds of torques of 5 test
speeds shall be reducer’s integrated transmission efficiency.
6.2.4.6 Differential reliability test
a) Test steps.
1) differential grinding-in. any one of the output is fixed not to rotate
while the other output can rotate freely; do positive rotation, empty
loading; operate for not less than 30 min at an input speed of 2000
r/min ± 10 r/min; replace lubricant after grinding-in is completed;
2) the test shall be c...
