Summary This standard specifies the use of some commonly accepted statistical tools for analyzing petroleum and petroleum products testing system stability, precision and bias for continuous monitoring of program design and method of operation. Note: This standard does not apply to the standard test lists all of the system selection criteria are not clearly determine the frequency of application of this standard in all conditions.
