Low-value payment specifications based on debit/credit application 1 Scope This part of JR/T 0025 describes relevant information on how to implement the low-value payment function (i.e. electronic cash) on a debit/credit card AND provides a functional overview of electronic cash, including card applications, terminal functions, and issuer system example, AND the background account processing of the issuer is beyond the scope of this part. This part applies to the bank issued and accepted debit/credit financial IC card having low-value payment functions.
