1 Scope
This rule applies to the preparation of national verification procedures (hereinafter referred to as Regulations). Author departments and verification procedures
Local verification procedures can be measured with reference to use.

3 General
3.1 General principles written procedure
National verification procedures for assessing the characteristics of measuring instruments, organized by the metrological administrative department of the State Council formulated and approved
