Preface
To implement the "People's Republic of China Environmental Protection Law" to reduce the textile products in the production and use of the environment and human health
Influence, protect the environment, develop this standard.
This standard on the production of textile products, products, toxic and hazardous substances and product packaging and other requirements.
This standard will be "environmental labeling products technical requirements eco-textiles" (HJ/T 307-2006) and "environmental labeling products technology
(HJ/T 309-2006), the main changes are as follows.
- Adjusted the standard name and scope of application;
- Increased requirements for baking of surfactants and asbestos fibers in raw materials
- Increased restrictions on the use of coating finishing agents and hazardous substances in the coloring process used in the production process;
- Added dyes, insecticides, flame retardant finishing agents, chlorinated benzene and chlorinated toluene, phthalates, organotin compounds
Disable category
- Adjusted formaldehyde requirements;
- Increased total lead, total cadmium content, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, perfluorinated compounds, residual surfactants, fumaric acid di
Methyl ester requirements;
- increased product packaging requirements;
- Removes the requirements of antibacterial finishing agents, color fastness, volatile substances, metal sharp objects;
- Adjust the inspection method.
This standard is organized by the Ministry of Environmental Protection Science and Technology Standards Division.
The main drafting unit of this standard. Environmental Development Department of Environmental Protection, Textile Industry Southern Science and Technology Testing Center, Jiangsu Entry and Exit Inspection
